Summary The Great Lakes Water Authority is looking for a Professional Administrative Analyst to provide and support the Wastewater Operations Water Resource Recovery Facility's (WRRF) Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be a liaison between Operations and GLWA Human Resources/Organizational Development, training and assisting in the onboarding of team members to streamline the transition and maximize the experience for onboarding of new team members. In this role, you will champion and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI(s)), track onboarding and off-boarding interviews, assist in scheduling interviews, development, and management of wastewater-specific onboarding, managing the staffing plan and documents.
Job Responsibilities - Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience with technical reporting tools through various Microsoft Suite.

- Institute solid analytical/problem-solving skills with the capability to identify solutions to unusual problems

- Develop staffing metrics, development of communications for executive reporting, communications with wastewater team members., including training materials, obtaining materials in advance, and distributing materials
- Prepare and proof correspondence, reports, and other written material and prioritize work assigned to meet target deadlines
- Independently analyze data to make recommendations for resolution, and make recommendations to business processes
- Analyze the requirements of business/operational systems and processes
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, and reference checking.
- Demonstrate independent thinking, adaptability, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Maintain confidential records, files, and specific reports
- Schedule complex meetings and maintain multiple calendars
- Improve efficiencies of day-to-day tasks where possible
Required Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree: with specialization in Business Administration preferred
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience related to the field and/or job assignment
- One year of experience providing support in Human Resources, administrative support, or similar responsibility
