We are Teeccino, Americas favorite coffee alternative and roasted herbal tea company. Founded by our visionary and natural food industry leader Caroline MacDougall 30 years ago, we have grown into a thriving national and international enterprise, headquartered in Oxnard, California.

We are excited to be recruiting our Social Media Manager (SMM), reporting to Caroline. This important position will lead our efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and new platforms like YouTube, Reddit, Lemon8, etc..

The perfect candidate has strong, holistic experience leading Social Media for well-known consumer goods brands, with a proven track record of success to build and engage communities, leading to increased brand consideration and usage. The role requires management of all aspects of social media with an emphasis on strong hands-on content creation from creative to final production. Our Social Media Manager needs to produce the vast majority of our content her/himself. Ideal applicants are comfortable being the voice and face of the brand, working behind and in front of the camera, partnering with our marketing team members, Caroline and other employees.

We are looking for a passionate professional who knows the strategic, technical and creative ins & outs of the key platforms to drive followers, engagement and conversion. Experience leading a successful TikTok shop, including potentially running Lives and managing affiliates, would be a plus. Key priorities include:

1. High-quality content creation from ideation to final production
2. Clear understanding of the social platforms and their specific roles to optimally build our brands
3. Community engagement and company representation in relevant networks
4. Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales and other company functions

Our Social Media Manager is expected to work in our Oxnard office at least four days a week to interact with our whole team and use our production equipment and wide product range. The initial salary range is $75,000-$80,000 plus benefits with potentially higher compensation for exceptional candidates and/or after proven success in the role.
